| The Sunset Motel is a locally owned and operated Motel located in Lake City, MN just across US Hwy 61 from beautiful Lake Pepin. Your hosts, Greg and Pat Marn, offer affordable lodging in clean, recently remodeled rooms with free Cable TV and free Wireless Internet. Weather permitting we have a heated outdoor swimming pool for your enjoyment. Fishermen are always welcome at the Sunset and we have ample parking for your rig as well as an on-site fish cleaning facility. We are located close to several boat ramps, a convenience store and gas station that has a bait shop and plenty of room for easy access with your rig connected. We are within a short walking distance of several eating places, with choices ranging from fine dining with a full service bar to several types of fast food. For those who don't care to fish, we have 6 golf courses, tubing, hiking and biking trails and lots of shopping within a 20 minute drive. You may want to check out Lark Toys, the largest independent toy store in the nation, located about 30 minutes. There is also a Native American casino about 30 minutes away. |
